Achieve assigned revenue target by selling PTC’s Onshape line of solutions and services to global leaders in the industrial and commercial products space
Build high level Executive relationships at target accounts in order to help build the trust and sponsorship needed to move sales cycles forward and to closure
Provide sales strategy to cross-functional sales team resources (sales, presales specialists, product development, and global services)
Drive and manage the entire sales cycle – from identifying the right business initiatives and building a competitive value proposition to negotiating through close
Competent in the ability to forecast and assess revenue opportunities
Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients
Rapidly learn the appropriate industries, Onshape solutions, and the benefits of the CAD, PDM Cloud model
Utilize SalesForce.com for lead management, sales forecasting, and recording of key sales activities
Successfully collaborate with the appropriate internal and external resources needed in order to execute sales cycles
Manage the new business sales cycle from initial call through to contract negotiation and execution
Meet quarterly sales quotas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
Self-starter, results driven, motivated, creative and resourceful
Consistent, successful Enterprise Application Sales Experience, preferably with cloud applications
Excellent written and verbal skills to ensure professional communication to internal and external contacts
Able to learn technical product information and articulate the value of the solutions for a customer and the positive business impact to them
Able to work cross-functionally with other departments to deliver results on customer's behalf
Knowledge in design engineering, new product development, operational functions within innovative product companies
