Support the development and effectiveness of the treasury sales organization by coordinating and delivering training initiatives aligned with business priorities and sales strategies.
Assist with training and development for the treasury sales organization, including Treasury Management Advisors, Treasury Management Specialists, and other key stakeholders.
Collaborate with partners across business lines to coordinate sales and training initiatives and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with evolving business priorities, product roadmaps, and sales engagement models.
Partner with Product and Solutions owners to develop sales collateral and client-facing materials.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales tools and resources.
Facilitate internal sales demonstrations or training activities in partnership with Sales Leadership.
Support the development of sales materials, client-facing collateral and other resources that strengthen consultative conversations with clients.
Assist with planning, participate in sales training initiatives, and other relevant events.
Requirements
Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree
General knowledge of a wide variety of treasury management/cash management software, hardware and operating systems
Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Excellent organization skills
Able to handle, organize and prioritize multiple tasks
