About this role

Help launch and support HR systems (performance reviews, learning platforms, HR tools)
Audit HR data and build workflows, SOPs, and policies to make processes smoother and smarter
Support performance review cycles, career pathing, and learning & development programs
Be the go-to HR contact in the Austin office and help create a great employee experience
Plan engagement activities and events (team events, celebrations, office initiatives, virtual events)
Assist with onboarding, offboarding, HR compliance, and employee questions
Maintain HR trackers, dashboards, and reports
Support compensation benchmarking and workforce analytics projects
Partner with leaders and employees across departments on HR initiatives and special projects
Help out across the business when opportunities pop up

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
No prior HR experience required
