Operations Manager – Specialty Clinics

Role Overview

• Ensures optimal patient access, clinical quality, and financial outcomes
• Provides leadership to assigned colleagues, monitors engagement, recruitment, and retention best practices
• Responsible for achieving financial targets related to staff productivity
• Implements strategic priorities and executes assigned work with direction and guidance from leadership

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare leadership or clinical healthcare field OR Associate’s degree in nursing and ability to obtain bachelor’s degree within 3 years from date of hire
• 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting or completion of administrative fellowship through Essentia Health fellowship program
