Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare leadership or clinical healthcare field OR Associate’s degree in nursing and ability to obtain bachelor’s degree within 3 years from date of hire
3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in a clinical setting or completion of administrative fellowship through Essentia Health fellowship program
