Role Overview
- Oversee post-sale client relationship management for Group Benefits outsourced administration services
- Lead a team of Client Service Specialists to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness
- Utilize data and analytics to monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide strong leadership and direction to the Service Owner team
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to maintain a high-performing team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in an operational management role
- Experience leading client-facing teams
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of business processes and operational best practices
- Proficiency in financial management and managing key metrics
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
