Create exceptional web and mobile application experiences.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, and end users to understand key objectives and pain points.
Specialize in developing native components and delivering a UI that emphasizes simplicity, intuitive interactions, and core functionality.
Work closely with software developers to ensure components are programmable and feasible for native mobile & web development.
Assist the UX Lead in creating high-fidelity designs that turn strategic direction into features and user stories.
Support the maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the design library used across digital tools (web and mobile) and multiple websites.
Create wireframes and clickable AI enhanced prototypes using design system components.
Conduct user research sessions capturing and refining data and outputs.
Help create UX affinity maps, journey maps, & task flows.

A Bachelor’s degree in User Experience Design is preferred; however, candidates with a related design degree paired with a UX/UI certification are also strongly encouraged to apply.
Experience designing both native mobile and web applications; familiarity with React Native is a plus.
Experience or familiarity with Figma (exposure to Figma Make is a plus), analytics tools and dashboards such as Power BI, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, is preferred.
