Acting as the custodian of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensuring SOPs are accurate, current, compliant, and consistently applied across the organization
Overseeing the end-to-end SOP lifecycle, including development coordination and structured review
Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiencies adopting Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and CX strategies
