Role Overview
Spearhead sales efforts across an assigned territory
Build brand and ensure exceptional customer experience before, during, and after sale
Represent Stella Saddlery at horse shows, equestrian events, and across social media
Conduct expert saddle fittings for riders, trainers, industry professionals and their networks
Manage inventory of demo saddles and accessories diligently
Be a driving force for ideas and improvements to enhance brand's impact and growth
Requirements
Self-driven and highly motivated, with a comprehensive practical understanding of
and passion for
horses in western disciplines
Demonstrable experience within the equestrian world is a significant advantage
Proven sales and marketing aptitude
Valid driver's license and passport
