Lead full-cycle recruiting—research, sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and offer
Manage offer negotiations in alignment with business parameters and market conditions
Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders
Ensure process integrity and compliance with applicable policies
Create and manage effective strategies and processes to identify, assess, and recommend the most qualified candidates
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college; or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in screening, sourcing, managing complex offers, and supporting export-controlled positions
3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, including services roles or similar fast-paced/high-volume environments
Experience with HR and recruiting tools such as Workday or other ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, TalentNeuron, Tableau, and AI-enabled tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
