About this role
Role Overview
- Define, own, and continuously refine the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap
- Develop product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and business cases
- Lead product lifecycle from discovery through design, development, release, and ongoing optimization
- Manage product backlog, translate stakeholder needs into prioritized user stories
- Architect and prioritize integrations across systems
- Work with enterprise architecture, security, and data engineering
- Drive master data strategy and design of a GREF data warehouse
- Partner with data engineers and data scientists to deliver analytics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to gather requirements
- Represent product status and trade-offs to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 10+ years of experience in Product Leadership, Product Operations, Product Management or Agile Project Management role
- 5+ years of experience leading and partnering with cross-functional teams, involving key stakeholder relationship management
- 5+ years of experience in global real estate or facilities
