About this role
Role Overview
Own end-to-end sales efforts to target, engage, and close strategic enterprise accounts
Develop and execute territory strategies aligned to revenue goals and ICP
Drive consultative sales conversations that translate customer needs into long-term partnerships
Secure meetings through creativity, persistence, and strategic outreach
Use both top-down (C-suite) and bottom-up (Director+) approaches to build internal champions
Clearly articulate Midi Health’s differentiated value proposition to maximize deal value
Understand and orchestrate the broader healthcare ecosystem, including payers, employers, brokers, and key influencers
Partner cross-functionally to refine and scale enterprise sales playbooks
Forecast pipeline and maintain strong deal hygiene
Manage opportunities with detail-oriented follow-through
Operate with urgency and accountability in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
10+ years of enterprise healthcare sales experience
Proven success selling into complex enterprise environments
Deep industry relationships and a strong professional network including not just employers but also brokers and payors.
Consistent track record of hitting or exceeding quota
Experience building go-to-market motion from early traction to scale
Strong organizational and pipeline management skills (HubSpot experience preferred)
Excellent project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
