About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the transformation of a fragmented, manual planning process into a world-class SIOP/IBP operating model.
- Design, implement and operate an integrated SIOP process.
- Own the consensus plan, working closely with Sales.
- Lead monthly reviews: Demand, Capacity/Supply and Executive IBP.
- Deliver weekly reports aligned to financial targets for revenue and margins.
- Build KPI dashboards linking SIOP outcomes to the profit and loss statement.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SIOP/IBP, planning, or supply chain.
- Experience designing or transforming SIOP processes.
- Experience selecting or implementing APS/IBP tools.
- Strong cross-functional influencing skills and change management experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (electronics, industrial or automotive preferred).
- Bilingual in English and French.
