Requirements
8+ years in social media marketing, including 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams and/or external partners.
Deep knowledge of major social platforms, emerging trends, best practices, and performance measurement.
Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, impactful social strategies and campaigns.
Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence stakeholders, and foster a positive, high-performing environment.
Strong data interpretation skills to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive measurable results.
Experience managing social media budgets, allocating resources effectively, and navigating fast-paced, evolving priorities with strong communication and presentation skills.
