Conducts brainstorming and problem‑solving sessions at facilities with cross‑functional groups to identify strategic opportunities and prioritize deployment of cost‑saving initiatives.

Proactively evaluates internal and external process improvement opportunities, leading and influencing meaningful changes to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Partners with Regal Rexnord business segments to prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and oversees the screening and supplier selection process.
Negotiates and manages supplier contracts, including payment terms, delivery schedules, pricing, freight terms, currency exposure, raw material fluctuations, and inventory levels.
Analyzes market and delivery conditions to assess current and future product needs and identify potential availability risks.
Provides timely reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs ) and presents strategic sourcing plans and performance updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (BA or BS), preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Engineering.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment within a strategic Procurement or Supply Chain role.
Proven experience developing and executing global sourcing strategies.
Strong technical expertise in machining processes—including milling, turning, grinding, metal forming, and gear cutting—with deep understanding of manufacturing and raw material inputs for machined and stamped components.
Proven experience operating within a matrixed organization and managing categories at a global level.
Experienced in negotiating external machining processes and driving supplier development with measurable performance improvements.
Skilled in sourcing across low‑cost regions and managing global, multi‑region partnerships.
Proven success thriving in change‑intensive, high‑stretch environments.
Strong cost‑modeling expertise for machined, cast, and fabricated components.
Proven track record delivering strategic sourcing KPIs, including cost reductions and strategy deployment.
Able to navigate and solve complex, high‑volume, and sometimes contradictory information effectively.
