Research and identify key agency and advertiser direct media buying account leads with high revenue growth potential.
Build strong relationships with buyers through regular meetings, calls, provision of inventory reports and buying recommendations connected to strategic initiatives based on market and client research.
Develop year-over-year account growth strategies for current clients and new business.
Evangelize / grow awareness for Smart within the marketplace – connected to our ad inventory offer and reputation for overall excellence.
Drive the entire sales funnel including lead generation, meetings, RFP, negotiating and closing.
Liaise with our marketing and account management teams to build custom ad packages for our premium programmatic offerings.
Develop an expert understanding of the programmatic marketplace.
Provide management with essential business reporting, using appropriate tools such as our CRM, Salesforce.
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in digital media sales or a client-facing lead role, including time at a media company, mobile platform, SSP, DSP, agency trading unit or ad network.
BS/BA Degree or equivalent work / military experience.
Sales orientated, focused on identifying new business opportunities using knowledge and credibility to change customer behavior and increase revenue.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
