Requirements
3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally selling to hospitals and clinics in Benelux
Proven track record of hunting new logos (not just account management)
Native or near-native Dutch speaker
Pre-existing network of decision-makers in healthcare: medical directors, department heads, CIOs, HR directors, or procurement leads in Belgian and/or Dutch hospitals
Professional English, written and oral
Based in Flanders or the Netherlands
Comfortable working autonomously in a small, fast-moving company
Willingness to travel within the Benelux (~30-40%)
Interest and familiarity with AI tools to develop commercial productivity
Strong plus:
Knowledge of public procurement processes in Belgium or the Netherlands
French and/or German language skills
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
