Role Overview
- lead, manage, and direct a sales team
- achieve financial and business objectives for the Greater Philadelphia, New York and Boston areas
- implement business strategies and personnel development
- monitor daily sales activities of the team
- ensure customer satisfaction related to sales activities
- prepare annual regional forecasts
- partner with sales support, marketing and R&D
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of healthcare sales experience
- 3+ years of sales management experience
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- presentation skills
- ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies
- good organization/time leadership skills
- strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- ability to understand and adapt to customer changing needs
- travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas (50%+)
