Logos is a purpose-driven tech company focused on building technology solutions for the Church. The Business Development Manager will develop and close partnerships with Christian organizations and expand the adoption of Logos Bible Software across ministry ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with leading church technology platforms to expand the reach and impact of Logos Bible Software within churches and ministries
- Source and cultivate relationships with influential Christian organizations whose platforms serve large church networks, creating opportunities for technology integrations and joint ministry initiatives
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and advance integration opportunities that connect church management, engagement, and giving platforms with Logos Bible Software
- Structure partnership agreements that enable co-marketing, product integrations, and ecosystem collaboration to drive mutual growth and increased adoption among church leaders and staff
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies with strategic partners to introduce integrated solutions to large churches, multi-site ministries, and denominational networks
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution, with support from a dedicated BDR
- Lead discovery conversations to understand ministry vision, leadership development goals, and technology adoption barriers
- Develop customized partnership proposals that align with the ministry’s structure and scale
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees and long decision cycles
- Identify opportunities to deploy Logos Bible Software across: Pastoral teams, Teaching pastors, Discipleship leaders, Church staff, Ministry volunteers, Church networks and affiliated ministries, Chaplains
- Work cross-functionally with marketing and customer success to drive successful launches and adoption
- Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of large church and ministry opportunities
- Track opportunities through CRM and maintain accurate forecasting
- Prioritize opportunities based on impact, network influence, and long-term partnership potential
- Represent the company at church conferences, ministry events, and leadership gatherings
- Serve as a trusted advisor to ministry leaders exploring digital tools for teaching, discipleship, and theological development
- Help shape go-to-market strategies for the large church and ministry segment
Requirements:
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, or strategic partnership roles
- Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience selling into churches, ministries, higher education, or faith-based organizations preferred
- Consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
- Executive-level communication and relationship building
- Strategic account planning
- Strong discovery and qualification methodology (MEDDICC)
- Ability to translate product capabilities into ministry outcomes
