About this role
Role Overview
- Drive process optimization, governance improvements, and strategic alignment
- Enhance delivery framework and governance processes
- Design, implement, and refine project delivery processes
- Facilitate cross functional process mapping and optimization workshops
- Measure and communicate project health, progress, and realized benefits
- Oversee development of enterprise portfolio dashboards, reports, and performance insights
- Lead enhancements across key PDLC/TPMO areas
- Partner with leaders to drive TPMO tool adoption
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in business technology to support digital journeys, business operations and data insights
- Extensive experience in process re-design
- Experience working in a large, complex enterprise organization, preferably a Financial Institution
- Experience in Project Portfolio Management and software development life cycle
- Product experience on intake and adoption patterns
- B. Comp. Science or Engineering degree; or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability to work through change management
- Finding the right balance between building relationships and driving necessary change
