Investigate and resolve customer issues and payment discrepancies with the utmost professionalism.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
8 or more years of experience in the consumer food industry
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office products
Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
Proficiency in a second language is preferred but not required (Spanish or French)
