Role Overview

• Lead strategic projects that deliver value to global and regional business teams
• Drive profitable long-range growth plans and improve competitive advantages
• Lead cross-functional partners through project scoping, research, workshops, and analysis
• Find growth and profitability opportunities through robust data analysis
• Build communications/decks to create clarity across the organization
• Play a leading role in the Wella Company corporate strategic planning cycle
• Build functional Strategy excellence for Wella Co.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience
• 2+ years of top-tier management consulting experience
• Undergraduate business degree or MBA strongly preferred
• Proven track record of leading small, cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication; quick learner
• Highly collaborative and relationship-driven
• Consumer and/or beauty experience is a plus
