Manage incoming leads from marketing campaigns, events, and partner channels in Salesforce.
Distribute leads promptly to the appropriate sales representatives or regional teams based on assignment rules and SLAs.
Monitor lead follow-up activity and provide regular reports on response times and lead conversion.
Maintain lead quality and data hygiene across the CRM.
Assist in managing Salesforce dashboards and updating pipeline reports.
Support opportunity creation, account ownership updates, and territory alignment.
Help implement and optimize workflows to improve sales efficiency and data accuracy.
Coordinate with the Global Demand Center to ensure lead flow aligns with marketing campaigns and regional priorities.
Schedule and coordinate internal sales meetings, training, and communications.
Support onboarding of new sales reps with CRM access and process guidance.
Help produce regular performance and forecast reports for leadership.
Troubleshoot data and process issues as needed.

2+ years’ experience in sales administration, sales operations, or marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or tech environment.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud) and comfortable handling large data sets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
Clear communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration.
Analytical mindset, comfortable with reporting, dashboards, and data hygiene.
