Work cross-functionally between Technical Support, Field Application Engineering, Sales Operations, Pricing, Legal, and Product Marketing organizations
Establish credibility across all levels/roles of a customer; technical, business, quality, executive
Manage and grow the relationship with strategic accounts
including contract manufacturers, distributors, and end customer
Drive long and short-term customer revenue and shipment goals
Carefully and strategically manage internal and external communication
Negotiate customer pricing, balancing customer and company goals
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business or Related field
5-7+ years of related direct sales experience
Understanding of storage product portfolio and roadmap; identify fit and alignment with customer(s)
Understand market conditions and how they affect Sandisk and the customer
Understand the customer legal contracts and terms in place
