Support analytics and program teams with project coordination, application review, and documentation.
Track and analyze program data to support reporting, metrics, and workflow management.
Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with CLEAResult and client systems.
Learn and apply eligibility requirements across multiple statewide energy rebate programs.
Communicate with customers, contractors, and community partners regarding program eligibility and next steps.
Assist with issue resolution and escalate complex or high‑risk cases as needed.
Contribute to team meetings, process improvements, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Support client engagements through meeting preparation, updates, and follow‑up.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in operations or a related role.
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency with Excel or similar tools.
Must currently reside in Oregon.
Ability to successfully pass a background check.
