About this role
Role Overview
- Support our 1:1 renewal and new client onboarding season by performing various quality control checks within cross-functional teams and processes.
- Review intake requests for accuracy, either approving or denying as appropriate.
- Support the billing staff by performing upfront quality control checks.
- Support discretionary credits and allowances processes.
- Utilize various systems as needed, primarily DG, Accpac Import, and exports.
- Support internal/external audits as assigned.
- Perform various cross-training functionalities as necessary.
- Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in an analytical, data-driven, and/or mathematics-based role
- Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Excel at an intermediate or advanced level
- Ability to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time
- Previous experience utilizing Salesforce (Preferred)
- Previous experience in quality control and/or auditing (Preferred)
- Ability to learn quickly and operate independently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Associates of Applied Sciences in finance or mathematical-related field (Preferred)
