Role Overview
- Support event tracking design and analysis in tools such as Segment and Amplitude to inform product decisions.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and event tracking.
- Conduct data audits to validate instrumentation accuracy and metric integrity.
- Build dashboards and reports to track user adoption and product performance.
- Create methods to measure key checkpoints in the product development lifecycle across different teams.
- Improve Voice of Customer intake workflows to increase prioritization clarity.
- Design scalable documentation standards.
- Support analysis and execution of documentation system migrations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university.
- Majoring in Business, Information Technology, Economics, Business Information Management, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships.
- Available full-time, 8-10 weeks for internship starting in early June 2026 and ending in August/September 2026.
