Provide supervision/consultation to assigned individuals and/or groups to advance clinical care.
Evaluates staffing patterns and coverage, programmatic structure, treatment interventions, and services to ensure safety, security, and quality care to clients.
Ensures regular annual and supplemental professional development training classes are provided to and attended/completed by managers and division staff.
Coordinates facility compliance with licensing regulations and accreditation standards; coordinates upkeep of environment of care.
Serves as a liaison among other divisions and administrative departments to facilitate consistent and effective communication around program needs.
Collaborates with other division leaders and administrative departments to design, develop, implement, monitor and update client centered workflows and practices that are efficient, cost effective, and evidence based.
Fosters and maintains relationships with external stakeholders and represents CHL at all local and statewide meetings, coalitions, and other stakeholder events.
Under the direction of and in conjunction with the Vice President, responds to RFRs (Requests for Response), program renewals, grant proposals, implements and oversees new programs as funds are made available.
Develops and implements plans for continuity of program management responsibilities and program operations when key positions are vacant. Provides on-call support and consultation to program staff/leadership as needed during program operating hours.
Requirements
Master’s degree and independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist) in a behavioral health field: psychology, social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy.
Satisfactory CORI background check
Five years of relevant work experience in identified service area/population.
Five years of experience providing supervision and oversight of a program within a treatment setting.
Experience providing direct clinical care to clients in a mental health and/or substance use treatment setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, adaptive to change, comfortable in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
Able to make data driven decisions, collaborate and consult with a team, and delegate when appropriate.
Current valid United States driver’s license and ability to provide automobile to travel between work locations.
