Role Overview

• The Supervising Specialty Operations Pharmacist leads a team of licensed pharmacy professionals and healthcare staff in delivering high-quality patient care within a central specialty pharmacy.
• This role oversees complex patient management programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies while optimizing workflows and team performance.
• Key responsibilities include staff hiring and development, daily operational oversight, and driving initiatives that improve compliance, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Required Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in Ohio, Arizona, Texas, Florida
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or PharmD.
• Minimum of 3 years of pharmacy leadership experience
• Minimum of 1 year working in a remote setting
• Preferred Experience: Specialty Pharmacy |Clinical Programs | Pharma Compliance Knowledge: Specialty Medications | Complex Therapies | Specialty Pharmacy Accreditation standards
