Requirements
3+ years of experience as a coordinator or similar administrative role.
Ability and willingness to handle multiple complex, repetitive tasks concurrently.
Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow-through.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities, adjust quickly to changing circumstances, and maintain effectiveness under pressure.
Problem solver who can streamline tasks and processes, with proficiency in project management tools, and quickly learns new systems.
