Serve as the day-to-day client contact during activation periods, escalating strategic, commercial, or scope-related decisions to the Partnerships Lead.
Ensure scope clarity and protect game team bandwidth by proactively identifying misalignment, unrealistic timelines, or unapproved feature requests before they escalate.
Act as a liaison between the client and the Voldex game teams
Ensure accountability for project action items and deliverables, holding both external clients and internal teams accountable
Conduct post campaign analysis on campaign data to provide actionable insights to clients following the conclusion of their campaign
Organize and develop insights into presentable decks that can be shared externally
Present campaign results and findings of both quantitative and qualitative analysis
Ensure that projects are adhering to internal processes and timelines
Assist in documenting and building internal partnership team processes
Assist the partnerships team in creative concepting for upcoming projects and go to market packages
Help with the rollout of new packages and offerings from Voldex to its sales partners and clients
Refine and assist in the creation of client presentations and external facing materials
Assist in identifying opportunities in the market with new and existing brands
Assist in the renewal and upsell process for existing clients
Requirements
3+ years of experience in account or project management roles
Strong gaming knowledge, preferably in UGC platforms (Roblox, Fortnite, Minecraft, ETC)
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Keen organizational skills
Flexibility to work across regions and timezones
Nice to Have
Experience with tools like Monday.com, Asana, Trello ETC
Prior experience in account management for a gaming company or agency
Experience managing AAA organizations (EX: The LEGO Group, Universal Pictures, The NFL, ETC)
Experience managing large agency partners (EX: Publicis, Dentsu, Wavemaker, ETC)
