Role Overview

• Initiate professional outbound conversations with Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders using prospect contact information
• Secure qualified meetings aligned to defined buyer criteria
• Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot)
• Work independently within clear daily activity expectations
• Deliver consistent monthly performance results

Requirements

• 8–20 years of experience in Inside Sales, Outbound Prospecting, or Appointment Setting
• Experience in B2B Technology, Telecom, Insurance, Financial Services, or Industrial Sales
• Calm objection handling
• Executive-level communication skills
• Strong daily structure and discipline
• Comfort working remotely with accountability
• CRM familiarity (preferred but not mandatory)
