Director, Print Production and Studio Operations

Role Overview

• Lead the strategy, systems, and execution behind how our creative work gets made at scale
• Oversee studio operations, print production, and post-production workflows
• Manage and mentor a team of production artists and retouchers
• Oversee execution of complex print, fabrication, and environmental projects from concept through delivery
• Build and manage relationships with printers, fabricators, and production partners
• Serve as the primary production lead for Creative, Marketing, and Operations stakeholders

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in print production, studio operations, or production leadership (in-house brand or agency)
• Proven experience leading and developing production or post-production teams
• Deep expertise in print production processes, fabrication methods, materials, and file preparation
• Strong operational and systems thinker with experience building scalable workflows
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external production partners
• Advanced project management and prioritization skills
• Experience with workflow tools (Workfront strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
