About this role
Role Overview
Managing store operations and personnel to ensure compliance with company policies
Achieves revenue and budget objectives for each fiscal year
Develops business relationships with key customers
Clearly defines goals and objectives for personnel
Provides leadership and direction for store objectives
Communicates with customers to maximize market penetration
Develops and implements strategic plans
Advises customers on product selection, pricing, and sales volume
Analyzes and controls expenditures
Participates in sales forecasting
Aligns achievements with corporate goals
Communicates safety program goals and ensures proper training
Trains, leads, and develops associates across various duties
Recruits and manages SSC staff associates
Manages store metrics and compliance with HR policies
Requirements
HS diploma and 5+ years relevant sales experience required OR Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 1+ years of relevant sales experience
Minimum 2 years previous management experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical aptitude; time management and organizational skills
Proven training, teamwork, and leadership skills
Ability to "multi-task."
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
