Investigating serious or widespread allegations of consumer deception
Filing suit against those who have violated consumer protection and related laws
Resolving consumer abuses to restore consumer losses
Conducting consumer education and working to encourage fair business practices
Coordination with the Attorney General's Consumer Assistance Program (CAP)
Requirements
Associate's degree or higher in criminal justice, law, or related legal field, or paralegal certificate AND two (2) or more years of experience performing paralegal duties.
OR Four (4) or more years of experience performing paralegal duties.
