Support company and functional OKR execution by tracking cascading objectives and key results across teams.
Requirements
7–10 years of experience in business operations, program management, process improvement, or strategy & operations roles.
Proven ability to prepare executive
and board-level materials that drive clarity and decisions.
Experience supporting OKR execution and operating rhythms; familiarity with systems like Lattice strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success improving and documenting cross-functional processes.
