Collaborate with the Sales team, Program Management Office, Technical Leads, Project Managers, Engineers, and other team members to develop, organize, and write proposals and customer facing presentations.
Contribute to internal program support for procedure manuals, technical specifications, process documents, and internal communications.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Technical Proposal Writer or similar relevant role
Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or other relevant degree
Experience gathering and analyzing technical information from various sources to document new and changing requirements and to document processes and procedures
Experience creating and using infographics such as diagrams, screenshots, charts, workflows, and with graphic tools for simple designs and photo editing that increase users’ understanding
Experience developing and maintaining templates for written documentation ensuring a consistent “look and feel” and meets and exceeds the company standards and internal communications
Expert level use MS Word, Power Point, SharePoint, and Confluence
Willingness to learn new processes, tools, and professional talents
Ability to follow directions, meet evolving project requirements and produce documentation in a quick turn-around environment and ability to expand a skeleton write-up/outline into a fully comprehensive body of text
Experience working with cross-functional teams and towards aggressive deadlines, in team and individual setting, in a timely manner
