Create workflow-based test cases to verify functionality and usability of the software
Execute test cases with an eye toward user experience as well as meeting the requirements of the workflow
Report software defects, assist in troubleshooting the cause, and confirm resolution
Monitor, track, and report results of tests designed to verify the impact code changes have on the software
Work with the development team to ensure the end-product is ready for use by mortgage origination team members
Support the system after release to troubleshoot reported defects, report verified bugs, and confirm resolution
Develop measures to ensure quality of the software
Determine needs for testing and communicate with team

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and a fast learner
Basic proficiency Windows and Web App Usage and familiarity with MacOS, iOS and Android
