Serve as the SME in new markets and new program launches (e.g., manual data collection and supervised operations in new cities).
Support the development and refinement of executable operational procedures and checklists that ensure safe, ongoing garage operations for AVTO launch activities.
Document, communicate, and implement safe driving procedures including vehicle preparation, cleaning, charging, and deployment tasks.
Assist in documenting and rolling out operational procedures related to AVTO activities, emphasizing consistency, safety, and operational readiness.
Train new AVTO hires on fleet safety protocols and safe driving practices.
Identify operational issues, inefficiencies, or gaps and contribute to solutions through updated procedures and improved workflows.
Work closely with fleet management and other internal teams to support end‑to‑end safe and efficient operational execution.
Communicate operational updates, issues, and recommendations clearly and confidently across diverse stakeholder groups.
Requirements
Experience in vehicle operations management, operations planning, project coordination, or related work within a fast‑paced startup or technology environment
Ability to travel at least 75% of the time within the US
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Tenacious teammate with a bias toward action and a continuous improvement mindset
