Manage the interview scheduling process across the different business verticals and functions
Maintain our Applicant Tracking System (Workday) to keep the TA team, hiring managers, and recruiters organized and informed
Assist with managing external job postings and candidates via third party job boards/websites
Correspond with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process, including, but not limited to scheduling phone screens, managing candidate travel, and organizing in-person interviews
Participate in special projects and initiatives that evolve around talent acquisition and marketing methodology
Assist with new venue openings and job fairs as needed.
Maintain recruiting data and analytics and assist with building of reports
Requirements
1-3 years’ experience in supporting a team Talent Acquisition and/or HR professionals
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
Attention to detail is next level with a laser focused mentality on operational excellence
Passionate about recruiting and building world-class teams
Proficient with MS Office with preferred experience using Power BI, LinkedIn and the ability to turn data into clear, compelling reports
