Role Overview
- Oversee maintenance operations across multiple facilities

- Lead daily team briefings to review priorities and safety updates
- Evaluate, prioritize, and delegate maintenance work
- Conduct routine inspections to identify equipment issues
- Drive proactive problem resolution
- Champion a strong safety culture and lead safety audits
- Analyze maintenance KPIs and prepare reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience
- 3+ years leading maintenance teams in an industrial, manufacturing, or distribution environment
- Strong knowledge of safety programs and compliance
- Multi-site maintenance leadership experience — REQUIRED (must have)
- Experience with conveyor systems and/or robotic maintenance environments
