Role Overview
- Support GMI and Operations Director by streamlining processes and enhancing strategic execution
- Ensure the contact center is equipped with resources, training, and guidance for assigned products
- Partner with the MI Therapeutic Areas ensuring high-quality, scientifically accurate medical responses
- Coordinate global operational activities and supports implementation of process improvements
- Collaborate to implement new MI platforms and technologies, including AI enabled solutions
- Maintain well-documented operational records for internal audits and inspections
- Lead development of advanced analytics dashboards and reporting templates
- Monitor and analyze medical inquiry volume, trends, and performance metrics
- Provide ad-hoc support to therapeutic areas, including scientific review of materials
- Coordinate communication and execution of regulatory label updates
Requirements
- Master’s in relevant scientific or healthcare fields
- PharmD preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of Medical Information Call Center experience
- Strong administrative, organizational, and project coordination and project management skills
- Strong understanding of global and US regulatory aspects of medical information, adverse events, and product complaints
