Provide guidance to hiring managers and HR Partners on hiring best practices, market trends, talent insights, and opportunities for process improvements to enhance recruitment outcomes
Use Oracle Recruit Cloud (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and manage the hiring process efficiently
Proactively source and engage a strong talent pipeline through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, social networking sites, and professional groups
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence to support initiatives related to process improvement, technology enhancements, and recruitment strategy optimization
Requirements
Demonstrated experience with full-cycle recruitment, progressive strategic sourcing practices and technologies
Demonstrated experience coaching leaders on effective talent attraction process and behaviors
