Grow sales and market share in the Food, Beverage, and Industrial markets by selling Regal Rexnord’s conveyance plastic and metal conveying chains/modular belts
Serve as a customer advocate, acting as the liaison between customers and Regal Rexnord Sales and Product Management
Educate, train, and present the features, benefits, and ROI of Regal Rexnord products and services to all customer types
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory strategy —identify and cultivate new accounts including OEMs, end users, and integrators
Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers, Area Account Managers, and Inside Sales to drive regional growth
Apply technical knowledge of Regal Rexnord products to deliver value-based solutions focused on performance, reliability, and total cost of ownership
Participate in trade shows, distributor open houses, and customer events as needed to support brand visibility and demand generation
Research and understand regional market share, competitive activity, and product visibility to support customer education and competitive positioning
Build and strengthen distributor relationships to increase sales, expand product penetration, and reinforce channel engagement.
Requirements
BA/BS in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
5+ years in outside sales (experience in industrial automation preferred)
Strong mechanical aptitude, with proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at all levels
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
