Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives sponsored by the Dallas Executive Team and HNW leadership
Translate strategic priorities into clearly scoped programs with defined objectives, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, timelines, risk logs, and status reporting
Proactively identify risks, issues, and interdependencies; drive mitigation plans and escalate as appropriate
Establish and manage governance structures for executive‑sponsored initiatives
Prepare high‑quality executive materials that enable timely and informed decision‑making
Serve as the central point of coordination across business, functional, and regional partners
Partner with HNW leadership to execute initiatives tied to growth, client experience, advisor enablement, talent outcomes, and operational effectiveness
Requirements
Minimum of three years related work experience
Two years of managing a project preferred
Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
