5 – 7 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations
Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
Deep knowledge and technical proficiency in financial analysis
Advanced proficiency in problem solving, collaboration, detail-oriented customer service, loan structuring, regulatory compliance, portfolio management, and credit risk assessment
Microsoft Office expertise
