Own revenue performance and productivity across all hybrid partners and doors
Drive achievement of sales targets, productivity metrics, and growth objectives
Monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities across partners and locations
Lead action plans to improve underperforming doors and maximize high-performing locations
Serve as primary commercial lead for hybrid partners and maintain senior-level partner relationships
