Understand basic business concepts, structures, and processes
Conduct consultative conversations with in-trial customers by asking key questions to understand their businesses and needs
Perform demonstrations to show the value of Pipedrive’s solutions
Contact customers to follow up and offer appropriate solutions to ensure that their needs have been correctly and effectively met
Search for business opportunities and trends in a proactive manner, and effectively apply this knowledge in the job
Learn about Pipedrive to become a specialist in order to be able to provide the right-fit solutions to solve customers’ problems
Create loyal Pipedrive clients by performing outbound calls of prospective and current trial customers
Understand how to interact with team members, owning the appropriate tools for collective development
Track and document sales-based conversations and activities in our internal Pipedrive system
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of proven, relevant sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Extremely well organized, with great attention to detail
Customer and results-oriented
An excellent collaborator with a can-do mindset
Strong active listening and questioning skills
A team player and problem solver with a competitive attitude
Good negotiation skills and highly empathetic
Experience with full sales cycle
