You take over pre-qualified leads from our Sales Development team and independently manage them through the entire sales process — from the initial discussion about their challenges in project and portfolio management to a successful close.
You hold discussions with decision-makers and stakeholders in mid-sized companies and corporations, convincing them that Le Bihan is a partner who provides both consulting and implementation.
You develop a deep understanding of your customers' challenges and, together with our consulting team, devise tailored solution approaches.
You build long-term customer relationships and maintain a strong network within your market segment.
You work closely with Marketing and Consulting to shape proposals and successfully initiate projects.
Requirements
A completed degree (e.g., Business, Business Administration, Business Informatics) or an equivalent qualification.
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in a tech or consulting environment (e.g., software implementation, SaaS, enterprise solutions).
Excellent written and spoken German and English.
A strong sense for organizational structures and decision-making processes, combined with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
