Defining and leading the enterprise email and website communications strategy in support of crop portfolio priorities, seasonal execution, and grower lifecycle needs
Owning lifecycle planning, cadence models, journey mapping, and audience strategy to drive relevance, consistency, and scalability across portfolios
Partnering closely with Marcom managers to translate portfolio objectives into effective email and website communication approaches
Leading the relationship with the Agency of Record by providing direction, guardrails, and priorities
Acting as the primary internal point of alignment for enterprise email and website initiatives by resolving dependencies and ensuring smooth execution across teams
Authoring enterprise email and website best‑practice playbooks and defining standards for segmentation, preference management, QA, suppression, and compliance
Creating enablement materials and training to support Marcom managers
Defining enterprise KPIs, leading testing and optimization efforts, and translating performance insights into actionable guidance
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Agriculture or related field or equivalent experience (required)
Minimum 8 years progressive experience in marketing, brand management, integrated campaign leadership or other commercial experience
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification or equivalent marketing automation certifications (preferred)
3+ years' experience leading enterprise email marketing programs at scale (preferred)
Experience operating in a regulated and compliance-sensitive environment (preferred)
Skills developing best practice email campaigns that integrate key brand and campaign messaging
Experience with lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and journey orchestration; deliverability management, CASL compliance, preference centre management, QA
Experience collaborating with agencies on best practice templates, A/B testing, optimization, and performance analysis
Knowledge of the crop protection and seed industry, farmer, retail customers and/or a strong aptitude to learn
Strong documentation, enablement, and stakeholder communications skills
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, MailChimp or equivalent; CRM platforms
e.g. Salesforce Sales Cloud, HubSpot or equivalent (required)
Familiarity with Web CMS platforms (Magnolia preferred); email testing and deliverability tools; analytics platforms e.g. Piano, GA4, Adobe Analytics or equivalent (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (required)
