Participate in call save meetings, strategy and planning.
Co-screen DRM candidates during interview process for your respective team when openings arise.
Conduct 1:1s with DRMs, engage with VP, your Director and HR on performance matters and career development, specific skill gap analysis and assessments.
Serve as OEM contact for the team, deployment of initiatives, plan for upsells.
Participate in and assist with Portfolio reviews and forecasting.
Partner with Product and Marketing to remain informed of new industry trends and competition.
Lead on product position, knowledge, role plays and set an example of how things should be done across DR.
Create, maintain and evolve your self-development plan in partnership with your Director (one initiative on an individual basis).
Assist in setting the agenda for any Director team meetings.
Serve as point person when the Director is on vacation, distribute all communication, attend internal necessary meetings, and collaborate with the VP on needed decisions in the Director’s absence.
Work with Regional DRM and other Directors to set a schedule for areas of help (launches, open DRM positions, leave, etc.).
Engage with Enablement and Product Marketing to recommend relevant training/collateral, etc. based on industry knowledge and team member assessment.
Make suggestions to the Operations teams for improved Salesforce functionality.
Engagement with Regional Groups/NEAT Team/cancel strategy, implementation strategy, cadence of PW’s for team with these groups.
Supervise and assist Director with newer DRM's, no more than three at a time.
Carry approximately 15-20 accounts depending on region.
Requirements
Must be in current role for at least a year with consistent positive performance reviews and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong relationship management skills and ability to identify expansion (upsell) opportunities with Key Decision Makers.
Must have demonstrated active interest in career development with favorable outcomes (i.e. identification of process improvements, committee participation, leading calls, cross-functional collaboration, etc.).
Possessing strong product knowledge and ability to articulate benefits to customers and instill colleagues with the same expertise.
Experience working cross functionally and collaboratively to enhance customer experience and process improvements.
Must have consistent favorable feedback from colleagues and dealer partners.
